<p style="text-align:justify;">CARA MEMBUAT<br />
Bersihkan urat sapi dengan air mengalir. Pastikan, urat dalam kondisi benar-benar bersih. Lantas, potong dengan ukuran sekitar 5 sentimeter. Kemudian, potong bawang pre. Ukuran sesuai selera. Campur urat dengan semua bahan. Kemudian, tambahkan bumbu-bumbunya. Kukus urat yang telah dicampur bumbu kurang lebih 1 jam. Atau, hingga urat matang dan lunak. Sajikan selagi hangat.</p>

100 ml Minyak bawang<br />
50 ml Kecap manis<br />
50 ml Tomat sauce<br />
50 ml Saus sambal<br />
5 gram Chicken knor</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">CARA MEMBUAT:<br />
Bawang putih, Bombay, wortel, daun bawang di  cincang halus, kemudian tumis hingga harum. Masukkan nasi putih campur rata dengan dibumbui merica, chicken knor, butter, kecap asin, dan saus raja rasa.Setelah tercampur rata, ayam di potong suwir-suwir atau kecil-kecil masukkan di atas hot plate yang telah dipanaskan disusul dengan nasi matang. Aduk-aduk hingga bercampur, tambahkan butter dan bawang bombay.Tambahkan saus sesuai selera dan campur hingga rata sambil dihidangkan.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">Bahan yang dibutuhkan untuk membuat 16 potong adalah:</p>
<ul style="text-align:justify;">
<li>16 potong sayap ayam bagian tengah.</li>
<li>1 sendok teh air jahe.</li>
<li>250 gram udang kupas, cincang.</li>
<li> ½ sendok teh minyak wijen.</li>
<li>1 sendok teh saus cabai botolan.</li>
<li>½ sendok teh merica bubuk.</li>
<li>8 lembar daging asap, siap beli, masing-masing potong menjadi 2 bagian.</li>
<li>16 pucuk asparagus segar, potong sepanjang sayap ayam, rebus setengah matang, tiriskan.</li>
<li>1 sendok makan kecap manis.</li>
<li>1 sendok makan mentega, potong-potong.</li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong>Cara Membuat:</strong></p>
<ol style="text-align:justify;">
<li>Sayat sayap ayam di kedua ujungnya dengan bantuan ujung pisau yang tajam. Tarik tulang sayap hati-hati, jaga kulit tidak sobek.</li>
<li>Lumuri sayap ayam dengan air jahe. Diamkan 10 menit, tiriskan.</li>
<li>Aduk rata, udang cincang, bawang putih, minyak wijen, saus cabai dan merica bubuk.</li>
<li>Olesi setiap lembar daging asap dengan adonan udang, beri sepucuk asparagus. Gulung padat dan masukkan ke dalam sayap ayam. Olesi ayam dengan kecap manis.</li>
<li>Atur sayap ayam dalam pinggan tahan panas beroles margarin. Beri potongan mentega. Panggang sayap ayam dalam oven panas bersuhu 140o C selama 20 menit atau hingga matang. Angkat, sajikan hangat.</li>

<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong>Bahan untuk Tekwan:</strong><br />
- 500 gr daging ikan tenggiri, dihaluskan/diblender dengan tambahan air kurang lebih 100 cc.<br />
- 250 gr tepung sagu.<br />
- Garam secukupnya.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong>Bahan untuk kuah:</strong><br />
2 liter air.<br />
200 gr udang, kupas.<br />
5 buah bawang putih, cincang.<br />
30 gr jamur kuping direndam air (dipotong menjadi 3 atau 4 potong).<br />
30 gr bunga sedap malam.<br />
1 buah bengkuang kecil (diiris memanjang).<br />
1 tangkai seledri, iris tipis<br />
1 sendok makan minyak goreng untuk menumis.<br />
Garam dan merica secukupnya.<br />
Bawang goreng secukupnya.<br />
Jeruk Purut/Jeruk sambal.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong>Cara Membuat tekwan:</strong><br />
1. Campur daging ikan tenggiri, garam, dan tepung sagu, aduk sampai rata, sisihkan.<br />
2. Didihkan air secukupnya, bentuk adonan di atas menjadi bulatan (sendok teh) lalu masukkan kedalam air mendidih untuk direbusan hingga mengapung dan matang, angkat, tiriskan.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong>Membuat kuah tekwan</strong>:<br />
1. Tumis bawang putih dengan 1 sendok makan minyak goreng, masukkan udang dan masak hingga berubah warna.<br />
2. Didihkan 2 liter air, masukkan tumisan udang, tambahkan merica, dan garam, aduk rata.<br />
3. Setelah mendidih masukkan bengkuang, jamur kuping, sedap malam dan <strong>tekwan</strong>, masak hingga mendidih.<br />
4. Angkat dan siap di hidangkan.<br />
5. Taburi bawang goreng, seledri dan berikan air jeruk purut bila suka.</p>

300 gram udang sedang, kupas sisakan ekornya<br />
300 gram kerang hijau<br />
300 gram kerang putih<br />
250 gram daging ikan kakap<br />
1 sdt garam, 1 sdt merica bubuk<br />
1 sdm gula pasir</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Taburan : peterseli cincang</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Adapun cara membuatnya adalah sebagai berikut :</p>
<ol style="text-align:justify;">
<li>Panaskan margarine, tumis bawang Bombay dan bawang putih hingga harum, masukkan daun salam dan air, didihkan.</li>
<li>Masukkan wortel dan kentang, masak hingga matang.</li>
<li>Masukkan udang, kerang hijau, kerang putih, kakap, garam, merica dan gula pasir, masak hingga matang, tambahkan tomat yang telah dihaluskan, aduk rata, masak sebentar, angkat.</li>
<li>Sajikan hangat, taburi dengan peterseli cincang.</li>
</ol>

1 buah bawang Bombay potong-potong<br />
1 batang daun bawang iris<br />
1 batang seledri iris<br />
5 biji merica butiran<br />
1 liter air</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong>Bahan Isi :</strong><br />
12 udang ukuran sedang<br />
2 sdm minyak goreng<br />
2 siung bawang putih memarkan<br />
5 cm jahe memarkan<br />
125 gram pasta/angel hair, rebus matang<br />
150 gram kapri<br />
2 sdt garam<br />
1/2 sdt merica bubuk<br />
2 sdm saus ikan/kecap ikan<br />
2 sdm air jeruk nipis</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Taburan : irisan daun bawang dan daun ketumbar</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong>CARA MEMBUAT :</strong></p>
<ol style="text-align:justify;">
<li>Kaldu ikan : masak ikan bersama bawang Bombay, daun bawang, seledri, merica butiran dan air, setelah mendidih dan ikan matang angkat dan saring.</li>
<li>Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih dan jahe hingga harum, masukkan ke dalam kaldu dan didihkan kembali.</li>
<li>Masukkan udang, kapri, masak hingga udang matang, tambahkan garam dan merica bubuk, aduk rata, masukkan saus ikan dan air jeruk nipis angkat.</li>
<li>Siapkan mangkuk isi dengan pasta potongan ikan dan tuangkan kuah dengan isiannya, taburi daun bawang dan daun ketumbar.</li>
</ol>

½ kg udang buang kepala cuci sampai bersih<br />
3-4 sdm kecap manis<br />
1 btg serai di geprek<br />
2 lbr daun salam<br />
2 cm lengkuas digeprek</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Bumbu halus :<br />
2 butir bawang putih ukuran besar<br />
5 butir bawang merah<br />
1 sdt garam<br />
50 gr cabai merah keriting (bisa dikurangin sesuai selera)<br />
½ sdt ketumbar bubuk<br />
1 cm kunyit<br />
¼ sdt merica bubuk<br />
1 cm jahe<br />
½ sdt gula pasir (bisa pakai bisa tidak tergantung selera)<br />
Vetsin ¼ sdt apa bila suka (tidak direkomendasi)<br />
2 butir kemiri</p>
<p>Cara membuat :<br />
Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum lalu masukan serai, daun salam, dan lengkuas aduk-aduk .<br />
Setelah itu baru masukan udang dan kecap manis, aduk masak sampai matang dan airnya kering/ mengental.</p>
